Activist supported Salford City Council’s strategy for leisure and library services, assisting with the needs analysis and developing an outcomes framework and vision in consultation with key stakeholders. They also undertook a facility review of the leisure centres and libraries, evaluating each facility and providing a ranked priority order for the facilities that were in greatest need of attention.
