Activist were commissioned to support a fundamental review of Leicester City Council’s library and community services. This included advice on conducting a needs analysis.

Activist designed a public engagement and communication plan, undertook public engagement and staff workshops and supported a public survey. The results were condensed into a comprehensive report on engagement.
