How we helped.

Ahead of the newly refurbished Lewisham Library reopening in 2026, the Council needed to take stock of how it organised its library service to make sure that the service was well placed to ensure that the new library is a success.
Our work involved developing a new target operating model for the library service to prepare for the reopening of Lewisham Library; supporting the development of a revised management and staffing structure; and engaging with stakeholders, including staff workshops.
