Libraries Connected commissioned Activist Group to develop a business case for a new support offer for public libraries. The new support offer blends fast access to specialist expertise with regional facilitation of collaboration and sharing, supporting library leaders’ ambitions to be self-sufficient and confident leaders.

Libraries Connected commissioned Activist Group to develop a business case for a new support offer for public libraries. The new support offer blends fast access to specialist expertise with regional facilitation of collaboration and sharing, supporting library leaders’ ambitions to be self-sufficient and confident leaders. The business case was commissioned by Libraries Connected and funded by Arts Council England to help library services to maximise their wider impact and have the tools to manage the challenge of transformation.
