Activist were commissioned to create a business case for the development of shared library services in the region, focused on the efficiencies possible through a shared single instance of the library management system (LMS).

How we helped.

Our work involved engagement with key library practitioners and library Heads of Service; detailed research in discussion with LMS suppliers and other library consortia; galvanizing consensus amongst Heads of Service in terms of their shared aspirations and future vision for the region; development of the business case (including a roadmap with clear recommendations), and presenting our final business case report to the consortia’s Project Board.
